VIP Transfer Portugal, headquartered at Rua Dona Brites,  lote 19 3ºEsq., Massamá Norte (hereinafter referred to as “Birds Oasis Group”) collects from its customers personal data related to them, through its website, ensuring that its treatment is in accordance with the privacy protection rules emerging from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other applicable national legislation.
The data collected corresponds to data that is provided by the customers themselves by completing forms, such as a request for contact, quotation or reservation of services.
In addition, by accessing the website www.viptransferportugal.com, your IP is registered, determining only your location, device or duration of your session. No personal data is collected through your IP.

B. RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT

The entity responsible for processing is VIP Transfer Portugal insofar as it is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing the personal data of its customers/users.

C. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED BY VIP Transfer Portugal

Personal data collected on request corresponds to identification data, such as name, email, telephone contact. This collection is done by completing forms for a request for contact, quotation or reservation of services.
The customer will always be informed of the need to access such data for the use of the features in question, and the client/user may not consent.

D. TREATMENT PURPOSES

The personal data collected by VIP Transfer Portugal are exclusively processed for the following purposes:

(a) The establishment of commercial relations between customers, namely quotation or acquisition of services.

(ii) if the processing is unlawful and the customer opposes the deletion of the data, requesting, however, the limitation of its use;
(iii) where VIP Transfer Portugal no longer requires customer’s personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the customer for the purposes of declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a legal proceeding;
(h) Right to a Complaint with the CNPD, which consists of the right to submit, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a complaint to a supervisory authority, especially in the Member State of habitual residence, of its place or where the infringement was allegedly committed, if the data subject considers that the processing of the personal data concerning him is in breach of the General Data Protection Law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other relevant national legislation . In Portugal, the control authority is the National Data Protection Commission.
